OBJECTIVES
To develop the ability to analyse and evaluate the performance of the people in the workplace.

LEARNING OUTCOME
Upon successful completion of this module, students will be able to:

  • apply the methods of performance appraisals system;
  • have in-depth understanding of appraisal.

SYNOPSIS

This unit will introduce the students to the methods of appraising performance and the process of it in an organisation. It also provides in-depth understanding of conducting effective appraisal as well as evaluating the need of it.
