OBJECTIVES
To examine the candidateメs knowledge and understanding of the theory of accounting and its application to the practical situations indicated in the syllabus.

LEARNING OUTCOME
Upon successfully completing this course, candidates should be able to:

  • Understand the theoretical and practical principles of basic accounting system.
  • Understand the accounting cycle, double entry bookkeeping concept.
  • Analyse, interpret and evaluate financial information for decision-making purposes.

SYNOPSIS

  • To ensure the student has the ability to maintain basic financial accounting system.
  • To provide all necessary adjustments to final accounts.
