OBJECTIVES

At the end of the course, students should be able to:

  • Understand the work culture expected of staff working in an organisation
  • Appreciate the need to maintain good interpersonal relationship with staff at all levels
  • Understand the need of staff to work conscientiously to meet the organisations objectives
  • Know the rights, duties and obligations of employees in an organisation
