OBJECTIVES

The objectives of this unit are:

  • Enable the student to understand the general principles and procedures for using the computer
  • Enable the student to operate the basic features of the MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint and MS Access programmes, in order to produce business documents.

LEARNING OUTCOME

Upon completion of this unit, students will be able to:

  • Understand the general principles and procedures for using the computer.
  • Be able to manage files safely and effectively.
  • Be able to operate the basic features of the MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint and MS Access programs in order to produce business documents.
