OBJECTIVES
The objective of this subject is to determine the various requirements pertaining to the corporate administration in an organization.

LEARNING OUTCOME
On completion of this subject, the learners should be able to:

  • outline the types of corporate administration
  • describe the elements and types of pensions
  • clarify the term risk management and elaborating knowledge on insurance applications
  • apply the knowledge on corporate taxation that enables them to distinguish the issues concerning corporate administration
  • justify ways to improve management facilities as well as physical evidence
  • identify the best practice of good accommodation management
  • apply concepts of outsourcing and security management

SYNOPSIS

This subject introduces students to the management of various areas in the corporate office.
