OBJECTIVES
The objective of this subject is to enable students to know various aspects of administration knowledge in the corporate world.

LEARNING OUTCOME
On completion of this subject, the learners should be able to:

  • illustrate the various areas of corporate administration in a workplace
  • analyse legal issues arising from cyberspace such as internet, privacy, commercial transaction, intellectual property and copyright infringement
  • identify legal competency that is suitable for e-commerce environment
  • clarify health and safety issues in the corporate world
  • describe the formal working environment in an organisation.

SYNOPSIS

This subject introduces student to the requirements and compliance with corporate matters.
