OBJECTIVES
The
objective of this subject is to enable students to instil good ethical
principles in the management of corporate venture; to impart the
reasoning and analytical skills needed to apply ethical concepts to
business decisions.
LEARNING OUTCOME
On completion of this subject, the learners should be able to:
- explain the moral philosophical background and the approaches to business ethics
- explain how and why the role of business in society might change and need to be managed
- discuss the responsibilities of the companies and their external and internal stakeholders
- analyse on the ethical issues in business
