OBJECTIVES
The
objective of this subject is to develop the knowledge of organisation
structures, activities, and the application of the theories of
management.
LEARNING OUTCOME
On completion of this subject, the learners should be able to:
- differentiate between group and individualメs behaviour in an organisation
- clarify the roles, functions, business units, organisation structures and ways of motivation in an organisation
- identify the function of nationalisation and privatisation organisation as well as psychology and sociology organisation
- explain the overall view of production management, which will lead them to perceive the overview of quality management
SYNOPSIS
The
course consists of the studies of organisation against the background
of several theories and types of business organisation. Organisations
are studied as social groups whose objective lies in business and
making profit. The course also examines the structure of organisational
relationships and conflicts within the different division of
organisation.
