Unit 1 - Poise & Deportment

  • Designing yourself right is an important part of one’s image. This topic will deal with the aspect of honouring office hours and being friendly, positive and supportive.
  • Non-verbal behaviour should be stressed upon where staff communicates more through gestures and body language than through words and voices. The aspect of using our physical self to project what we need to say is an art, which can easily be learned.
