OBJECTIVES

  • Distinguish the various functions and techniques of different communication presentations; both in the oral and written format.
  • Compose communication such as letters, memoranda, meeting documentation, reports and perform oral presentations competently.
  • Achieve an acceptable level of understanding of the English Language to enable them to make effective written and spoken presentation.

Unit 3 – Enclosures

Unit 6 - Memorandum

  • Structure of a memorandum and its purpose
  • Drafting simple memos
